We were late booking a holiday and then a little apprehensive after reading all the reviews but then thought a holiday is what you make it and so left with optimism!
When we arrived there we certainly weren't disappointed!
Pros
-Spacious, clean apartment. There were 6 of us and we had a duplex with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a kitchen/living area and two huge balconies. With 4 teenagers this was welcomed space and privacy.
-Food was varied and changed each day, I would advise not sitting outside as there are a few issues with wasps but all efforts were made to try and stop them!
-Stunning views and a lovely breeze
- Friendly staff and very attentive
- Huge number of pools to choose from
-Air con was a welcome relief going back to the room
Cons
-Plates not cleared very quickly poolside
-Some areas need a little TLC (railing leading to main restaurant)
- Toilets a little temperamental with flushing but you had to learn the knack!
-A little trek to the main area but this was clearly highlighted when we booked
- Apart from the Fire Show the entertainment was a little poor
-WIFI hit and miss around the smaller pools
Overall we had a fantastic holiday!

I really wanted to leave this resort five stars as we’ve had such an amazing time here but I do believe there are a few things that need improving.
The rooms are amazing. Really spacious with two bathrooms and are spotlessly clean. In fact the whole resort is really well looked after and is in pristine condition. Rooms are cleaned every other day. We stayed in Olive room 410 and we tended to stay by the large pool in this area. It had a nice vibe and everyone got to know each other as it was smaller, the bar had a brilliant barman and food was served quickly. There are loads of pools each having its own vibe. The main pool area is the biggest and this is where the animation team are so it’s more lively and noisier.
We travelled with two 15 year old boys and as the resort is enclosed with security so it felt very safe for them to wander about alone. They went to a different pool everyday and used all the entertainment and they had a ball. They loved it. Wi-Fi was pretty good too so this made them happy.
After reading other reviews I was surprised to see people complaining about the food. Im not sure what people expect when they book all inclusive as it’s never going to be Michelin star rated as it’s catering for the masses but I think this was one of the best all inclusive restaurants we’ve ever had. They do themed nights so it does vary but there are always staples for people who are less adventurous. We loved Mexican night and the sushi. There are various snack bars which do things like pizza, burgers and bolognaise so plenty to choose from.
The drinks are really good. Best selection of cocktails I’ve ever had at an all inclusive and they’re good too. They do shots too- though I did try to avoid these :) none of this you can only have two drinks on trip to the bar like at some all inclusive. The kids loved the various flavours of milkshake.
It was nearly 40 degrees most days but as the resort is high up there is always a lovely breeze to keep you cool. Location was perfect for us we like being away from resort centres. The centre is around 15 minutes in a taxi and is 700 lira return. We went down a few times for shopping and meals out. We enjoyed it but always happy to get back to the resort.
We had a great holiday and would definitely return. However there are a couple of things that we thought could be better.
We arrived at 6am exhausted after travelling all night to be told that we couldn’t have our room till 2pm. I’ve been travelling for over 45 years to various locations and I’ve never experienced this before. You’ve no idea how long that day felt. There was nothing in our travel documents to reflect this and it was so disappointing. By the time we got our room we’d not slept in 30 hours. I loved the staff at this resort all really friendly but the reception team lacked in that department and could come across rude.
Sunbed’s. There are just not enough for the size of the complex. There is room for more so they need to put more out as getting one really is survival of the fittest. You need to be up very early. Most were gone by 7 am.
The main area just didn’t have enough tables in the evenings. I think the resort has probably grown since they built this area but they do need to look at it. I also felt the bar staff worked so hard but would’ve benefited from an extra person at each bar.
The beds are rock hard. I’ve never experienced anything like it. It was like lying on concrete. Pain in my hips woke me up each night. Definitely need some mattress toppers.
Despite these few things I’d definitely return here we had a fantastic holiday and I would recommend.

Overall experience is very good. From the customer service to the reps, I would throughly recommend. The location is slightly out of Kusadasi, however, they run a shuttle bus to the beach and taxis aren’t very hard to get hold of, food was brilliant there is plenty of choice .
The surrounding area is beautiful (situated in the mountains) and makes for very good views during our meals. I would recommend for future tourists looking for a couples getaway.
Entertainment team was brilliant and the disco was absolutely amazing .
Special shout to Jesse .
