Olivia Family Suites

We stayed there as a couple and it was the first and last stay ever. It is cheap but they dont even give you the service you pay. The breakfast is horrible.They should not include breakfast at all as it is just show up and they put what you can not eat. The rooms are large but not in a good condition. I found full ashtray in the balcony and the electricity cable were hanging on the wall and so many hairs on the bed. I sent an email to have a room on the upper floor 3 months advance and it was confirmed by Mr Tolga who is a manager , receptionist , cashier , executive housekeeping ect... but it didnt happen and we stayed 1 week and they couldnt manage and i gave up. I asked for the bill. None but only MR superman Tolga could do that and he was away. The reception service is zero...People do not expect too much .good customer service and clean place to sleep...they could not even provide that. My opinion pay a little bit more and stay safe and healthy. The pool , i never saw anyone using it as it was not looked after at all. Very bad management. This place can be a very good budget hotel with a good management. a lot to say but... do not stay there at all. Thank you very much for unique service Mr Tolga....He is just a joke...

I stayed here with my son for 5 nights, last week. I was looking for property to buy so was travelling a lot and just needed a base between Bodrum and Izmir. Would not suit holidaymakers, but great for backpackers and travellers, and if you do not expect much, the price is cheap, the rooms large, a bit shabby, but that is usual unless you want 5* at 2* prices. Nice sea view, kettle was supplied so I could make my own tea and coffee, and laundry was taken care of. Hire car was organised for me by owner (at a discounted rate). Breakfast included is Turkish, with bread, cheese, sausage, olives etc. Cafe opposite serves good lahmacun pizza and toasted sandwiches. Not near the beach, but nice pool. Would not stay there for a holiday, but serves its purpose.

I think this place is supposed to be three stars - I would give it minus one! cant go into too much detail because it just makes me so angry! There are bare wires in the shower, the taps and the showers are rusty, the hairdriers don't work, the curtains have holes in, when I say basic -I mean basic. I booked for three nights and asked for a refund after one night explaining this wasn't up to standard but was refused....no surprise there then. Avoid or catch the plague...........
