Ozcelik Hotel

We have dinner and breakfast but no water, you need to by your own water to drink. This is my first time to check in and experience this hotel,. They have free water but only to bottles inside room. But in restaurant no water. Very risky you eat food without water..

We were extremely satisfied with our stay at Karaaslan Hotel. The hotel's cleanliness, order, friendly staff, and the attention it shows to its guests are truly commendable. We would especially like to thank Ms. Fulya and Mr. Serdar. Their attentiveness, friendliness, and sincerity throughout our stay made us feel right at home. It's clear from everything they do that they genuinely care about guest satisfaction. We sincerely thank them for their efforts and kind approach. We wholeheartedly recommend Karaaslan Hotel. It's a place we'd choose again without hesitation if we ever pass through here. 😊

Unfortunately, this otherwise really beautiful hotel is massively devalued by the directly adjacent "Black & White" café. From morning until about 1:30 a.m. at night, extremely loud disco music plays there almost continuously. Added to this is the significant traffic noise from the heavily traveled main road right next to the hotel – constant honking and loud engine roaring make it hard to even think about relaxation. Anyone who wants to sleep in a nice hotel right next to a "disco" is in the right place here. Anyone looking for peace and relaxation, however, will unfortunately be bitterly disappointed. We ended our stay immediately after a truly catastrophic first night and moved to another hotel. Rest or restful sleep were simply not possible. It is particularly disappointing that such massive noise pollution is even permitted right next to such a beautiful hotel. Conclusion: For guests who value peace and a relaxing vacation, this accommodation is unfortunately not recommended from our point of view.
