Pine Bay Holiday Resort

We had an amazing stay here and would definitely recommend it. The resort is built on some fairly steep hills, so you’ll certainly get plenty of steps in, but it didn’t put us off at all. The food was excellent, the hotel was lovely, and there was so much to do. The kids absolutely loved the water park, which was one of the highlights of our holiday. We only stayed for a week, but we genuinely wished we had booked for longer. The staff were all friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. If I had to mention one area for improvement, it would be the spa. It could do with some changes, and we didn’t find it particularly relaxing, just felt basic and rushed, not even any relaxing music with treatment, However, this didn’t take away from what was otherwise a fantastic holiday. A special well done to the entertainment team, who worked incredibly hard every day to keep everyone entertained. Their energy and enthusiasm really added to the overall experience. Overall, we had a brilliant holiday and would happily return.

Everything was/is great!Food and Service is perfect,someone from the animation team even played football with us!But the internet wasn’t that good at all. in the bungalows there were some dirty spots.But they cleaned it up after we asked them. Recommend it much if you have a Vacation with many people. Thank you for everything !

We had a wonderful stay at Pine Bay Resort! We stayed in one of the private houses, which gave us a peaceful and relaxing experience away from the main hotel while still allowing us to enjoy all of the resort’s amenities. The food was absolutely amazing, with a great variety and excellent quality every day. The entire staff was warm, friendly, and always willing to help. Our children had an incredible time at the kids’ club and the water slides—they were entertained throughout our vacation and created wonderful memories. A very special thank you to Mr. Savas, Mr. Yusuf, Mr. Yusuf Can, and Mr. Mehmet. Their kindness, professionalism, and exceptional support truly made our vacation unforgettable. They went above and beyond to ensure our family had the best possible experience, and we are sincerely grateful for everything they did. We highly recommend Pine Bay Resort to families looking for a fun, relaxing, and memorable holiday. We can’t wait to come back!
