The internet connection in the hotel rooms is very poor. The only television channel working is TRT1. The balcony door doesn't have an external handle and there's a note on the door that says: "Caution: Don't close the door completely when you go out onto the balcony; you might get stuck." I'd rather they solve this problem than write such a statement. The mini-bar in our room was refilled one day after we arrived. The employees are clearly very tired and exhausted; their questions are even ignored, and everyone is doing their jobs reluctantly. The water dispensers in the hotel weren't working; we couldn't find any cold water.
Apart from that, I was pleased with the hotel's location, the sea, and the accessibility to the facilities within the hotel. The pool is very nice, the aquapark is adequate. Our room was clean and nice enough.
