Do not go to this hotel , check all the reviews from other websites too, do not risk your money , health . I went to this hotel in August for 2 weeks with my family (2 kids 2 adults) all inclusive and it suppose to be 4 star. doesnt even earn 1 star. Very dirty, rusty, no hygiene at all.. You will also starve because of the state of the foods with flys and local people type of food every day. We all got food poisining then after caught a bacteria from swimming pool, got sevire ill been taken to hospital .Also we couldt stay at the filty hotel anymore we had to pay extra money to leave 4 days before .While we were there we were emailinig inresort team to complain find other solutions but nothing done . I am still trying to get my money back but no one seems to take it serious even with all the photos , hospital reports.... DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR TIME .. Hotel manager admitted they don't have budget for refurbusment . Also we have found out hotel changes the name every now and then This hotel called LA SANTA MARIA IN KUSADASI,Aegean Coast, Turkey

This a supposed to be a 4star hotel (JOKE I wouldn't rate this hotel a 2 star) The hotel is very poor the description of the hotel is wrong it is false advertising. The free water you get is one bottle on arrival and doesn’t get replenished. The rooms are disgusting the toothpaste holder was disgusting it was full of dirty residue on the bottom of the glass.i complained but the receptionist was rude. The food was the same and very had little choice and the selection was catered mainly for the Turkish and Russians. The bins never got emptied and the beds were never made and the towels never got changed, when I asked for a change of towels I was fobbed off until I complained to the rep. The beach is a public beach and filthy with broken loungers if you was lucky to get one. There is no tennis courts, mini golf, football or beach volleyball. The drinks come in small plastic cups understandable at the pool bar ( which only supplies spirits and soft drinks) but you get plastic cups at the reception bar which only supplies minimum drinks. Me and my wife choose to eat and drink out every day as the selection of food was very poor, the drinks machines in the restaurant where broken if you requested a morning fruit juice, orange or cherry you got water. ( I think as I never tried it) Overall the hotel is dated and filthy and I would recommend you spend your hard earned money elsewhere

The animation team is the best!!! Iulya and Selman are great! We had a really great time here. The food is really good. The only thing that made me rate this experience with only 3 stars is the cleaning of the room. The room was a little dirty, and the hotel isn’t for 4 stars, is for 2-3 :(. Luckily, we met this people from animation team that Helped us to have the best holiday ever. Thank you Iulya and Selman (aka Sasha from Belarusha)
