Uzunhan Otel

I wanted to share my observations about this hotel where we stayed at the beginning of the season. As you can see in the pictures, everything was in terrible condition, from the filth in the toilet to the dampness on the walls and the rusted metal. We couldn't go in the pool either, as we thought it wasn't clean. If you have to go, keep your expectations very low.

It was the worst hotel I've ever seen. We booked it for 4 nights, but we could barely stand it for 2 nights before we immediately found another hotel and left. My nerves were shattered during our stay, I cried constantly, I was disgusted, I couldn't even touch anything. It was disgusting and filthy 🥺 The towels and sheets were dirty and stained. We couldn't shower for two days because there was no hot water. I left the hotel feeling very upset. We suffered greatly, please don't go. Also, the staff were very rude. They can never come up with a solution. But the owners were good.

Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was far below our expectations. The biggest problem was hygiene. Our room wasn't clean enough; the sheets were stained, and there was mold in the bathroom. There was a disturbing smell in the room. The furnishings were quite neglected. The breakfast had a limited variety of items, and we had concerns about the freshness of the products. When we communicated the problems we were experiencing to the staff, we did not see a solution-oriented approach. The staff were very indifferent and the pool was incredibly dirty. We feel we didn't get our money's worth. I hope the business will make the necessary improvements, especially regarding cleanliness and service quality.
