GOLD MAJESTY HOTEL

Gold Majesty Hotel offers a comfortable and welcoming stay with convenient access, valet parking, and an accessible entrance. The hotel features elegant décor, a spacious lobby with various activities, and a wide range of facilities. Our room was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed, with comfortable beds and pillows. The welcome basket and drinks were a lovely touch, while the room facilities and services made the stay even more convenient. Housekeeping standards were excellent. The reception team was friendly and helpful, particularly Mr. Yusuf, Mr. Kamal, and Mr. Emre. The restaurant staff were equally attentive and welcoming. Breakfast offered a delicious and varied selection of food. Other advantages include the 24-hour front desk, complimentary Wi-Fi, reasonable prices, and visible environmental efforts through recycling and green spaces. Areas for improvement: The hotel and lobby can become crowded during busy periods. The Wi-Fi connection would benefit from greater speed and stability. Additionally, an unpleasant bathroom odor was noticeable, apparently due to insufficient ventilation, and should be addressed. Overall, Gold Majesty Hotel combines comfort, cleanliness, good facilities, and warm hospitality at a reasonable price. With improvements to the internet connection and bathroom ventilation, the guest experience could be even better.

The housekeeping staff were very friendly and cheerful. Fatma Hanım, thank you so much, your hands are blessed!

I would like to thank Ms. Fatma at the reception and Ms. İlham from the Public Relations department for their attention and assistance. We are so glad we stayed at the Gold Majesty Hotel; we were very comfortable. Thank you.
