On our return to Istanbul, we stayed there for one night as a family. It's opposite the city square and the old power plant garage. It's on a busy street, but the room has excellent sound insulation. They put a prayer mat in the room, but they didn't think to put the bidet on the right side of the toilet. The valet took the car to a parking spot and came back to pick it up when we left in the morning. The breakfast wasn't very varied. This is more of a hotel for business people, such as buyers and marketers, coming to Bursa, rather than a family hotel, but the Wi-Fi is very weak. I don't think they care much about customer satisfaction either, so I'll give it a 3. I wouldn't come again, but it's not a bad hotel.
