Eden Beach

This is my first time visiting this facility... At first glance, we found it to be a place that fell short of our expectations. However, and especially thanks to Mr. Oguz, Mr. Kudret, and the head chef Mr. Cengiz, all these negative aspects were erased.... Friendly... solution-oriented... and the way they go out of their way to help you is truly wonderful. We would also like to extend our thanks to our separate kitchen chef, Mr. Cengiz. The dishes deserve praise, both for their taste and presentation. Many thanks to all the staff... see you again soon.

We were very pleased. It was full board. The food, the variety and naturalness of the breakfast, and the attentiveness of the staff were more than adequate for a 3-star hotel. Our room was a family room and it was clean. It's a very new hotel, not perfect, so don't expect business hotel comfort. But despite this, the living areas are quite clean. Sometimes there were temporary water outages in the toilet cistern, but it was fine for all four of us. Parking is available. May 27-30, 2026 Pool, with separate pools for children and adults. Breakfast is very varied and everything is unlimited. Lunch and dinner: A variety of unlimited food and drinks. Extra: Wine and beer are served complimentary with meals. Cleaning and Service: Great, just as we wanted, the staff were helpful. Garden: well-maintained, well-lit. Beach: A road separates the hotel from the beach / towels are provided at reception. Beach information: mixed sand and pebbles, slippers are recommended. Sun loungers, umbrellas, seating areas, and tables are available separately. It is checked regularly. Environment: Since the area is mostly nature-filled, you might occasionally find insects or bugs in your food, so be careful. If you are disgusted by such things, don't go. I generally found most of the food and drink products to be clean. Please check the room phone again, as it sometimes breaks down and may be needed to contact reception.

We were extremely disappointed with this hotel I bought from the ETS Tour. I never realize if a hotel with such hygiene issues is under control. Especially the restaurant part of the hotel does not meet any hygiene guidelines, plates, glasses dirty, fat. When you report it to the staff, they’re looking in your face. The pool is not cleaned daily. Dead flies, full of bees. The minibar is said to be in the room, but it doesn’t cool. We stayed 4 days at the hotel and didn't come for cleaning etc, the towels weren't changed, even the toilet waste was not picked up for 4 days. The main dishes at the buffet are of 6 types (this one is fried potatoes, the one is already pasta and rice, usually 2 types of chicken dishes, etc. very insufficient) 2 types of comedy coming at snack time, there are already 1 or 2 types in the afternoon tea hour, which is also beans. It says everything at the hotel is insufficient and there is no breakfast left when you went for tea from 8:30 to 9:00. The hotel is full, but the staff is insufficient. Absolutely not worth the money. There’s nothing beautiful besides the sea, but when the sea gets waves, you’re humiliated at this hotel. For dinner, the ETS site says 7:00 a.m., but when we wanted to pick up a meal that was ready at 7:25 p.m., we were not allowed to pick up, we had to leave the plates back! It’s an interesting rule that this all-inclusive hotel doesn’t allow us to grab dinner by saying they have 5 minutes for dinner... We trusted the agency and were never satisfied, ETS Tour this hotel should be moderated and should not be included in a service of this quality!
