Hotel is just passable. Room good size and clean, but very outdated. Two separate thermal pools one a little warmer than the other, both ok. Food is just ok, but everything at breakfast is cold. Staff are not welcoming and you don't know who they are as no uniforms. Would I come again ......NO!

We were unfortunate to have stayed at this place as part of our tour package....it is a huge, tired, outdated hotel. It has very dark rooms and hallways, bathtubs with mildew and creepy, crawly insects/bugs in the rooms. Their thermal pool was covered with wall to wall people and was so crowded and suffocating. Food had much to be desired, wine was really bad and breakfast coffee was instant?!? There is nothing good about this place at all. Avoid it!

The location is in the middle of nowhere, quite far from the main road. Just like the aerial shoot of the hotel, you'll be surrounded by farms as the vista. There are 3 floors on this hotel and for people with knee problems, beware as there's no elevator on the premise. There are porters to help you carry the big suitcase but in case you couldn't found one, be prepared to carry it on your own. Looks like this hotel doesn't have too many walk in guests except those who came with the tour companies, so service is very minimum. Bathroom's amenities - bring your own tooth paste and toothbrush. Breakfast is a buffet menu with traditional Turkish foods. That means Turkish salad, a lot of cheese, saussage, ham and egg, olives pickles, etc.
