It's not the worst hotel I've ever been to, it's like a coal cellar, folks. First of all, the rooms are very dirty. There are no power outlets next to the beds; we were practically starving. As for the bathrooms, we booked a room with four single beds, and the bathroom was awful. The shower cubicle was very narrow and dirty, and the mirror was too high up. My aunt booked a room with two single beds and one double bed. Her room had a spacious toilet, and the shower was like a jacuzzi. When we tried to fill it with water and use it, as soon as it filled, the water turned pitch black and bright yellow. We struggled a lot to empty it and even touch it, and we finally did. Honestly, hygiene is zero. The rooms are narrow and dirty, and the televisions are tiny. I'll leave a photo so you can see for yourself.

This is the only hotel which allows dogs. We bring our dog and they gave us a studio room which has one room apart from the main room. But besides this, they don't allow dogs at the outside restaurant which is ridiculous :) So we were comfortable with our pet and we went our for dinner and solved the problem. If you choose sea view room it would be better, on the other hand, breakfast was poor.

I visited this hotel recently for a wedding at the town. When booking the room, I realised that the price includes the dinner and breakfast and there is no other sales model for this hotel. Holly S..t. I kindly asked what is the logic behind this, why should i pay the dinner that i will never attend, the answer was clearly No. Anyway. I accepted the terms and booked the room. When i arrived the hotel, the wellcome reception and the clerk was so lazy . I felt myself lucky that they said good morning to me. I realised that The room key that i was given was not working. So i called the reception from my mıbile to send the new room key to 5th floor. anyway the new room key didnt work. The technical staff came to repair it but i asked to do that they could do this later. One of my friends came to the hotel and we wanted to have a beer at the balcony. The reception asked my friend to pay the difference of the second person in the room to let come up to the room. I duly accepted. and then what crazy was the price of the beer.!!! 200 ML local beer for 5 dollars (13TL) which is more and more expensive than the any posh places at Istanbul These guys like to charge you, take your money, and they do this very well. But when it comes to the quality of the service they have no energy and intention to do anything. About the room key, It never worked. Each time i go out of my room I had to call somebody to accompany with me to open the door. Nobody apologised from me, nor said that they were sry. also about swimming, The resort doesnt have any beach and it is quite hard to swim from the rocks. there are very nice beaches at Akcakoca especially with blue flag. I totally recommend to Avoid this hotel. Instead stay in a moderate clean hotel with good service and definitely it will be much more cheaper.
