The good thing about the hotel was that the room was nice and well-cleaned, and the staff, especially the beach staff, were very friendly. We paid 18,000 lira for two nights and didn't receive the service we paid for. The sea was rough, so we stayed in the pool for one day. The children's pool was filthy; they supposedly cleaned it, but in a very strange way. My child caught a germ even though he didn't go into the children's pool; he's been vomiting and has a fever since this morning. The adult pool was also very dirty. And the breakfast wasn't good at all, even the second one... The pastries from the previous day were still there. And the thing that annoyed me the most was the changing room. They didn't care about people's health at all. They could have spent 5,000 lira to build a decent changing room, but they put in a makeshift, filthy place where even a dog wouldn't stay. We weren't expecting a perfect place in Akçakoca, but we certainly weren't expecting one this bad.
