In a word, terrible! We booked a two-night stay for two couples through an online booking agency, thinking it would be good based on the pictures and reviews. However, as soon as we entered the room, we were greeted by the smell of mold and dampness. The toilet was dirty and the flush system constantly leaked water. Cats were running around in the so-called breakfast area, walking all over the tables; there was absolutely no hygiene. We left after less than 10 minutes and found another hotel. We are now requesting a refund.

We had an absolute disaster of an accommodation experience! First, I want to mention the extremely disrespectful attitude of Ms. Nisa, who works at the reception! Their dismissive, unserious, and indifferent attitude towards the problems we experienced as customers was absolutely unacceptable! As if Ms. Nisa's disrespectful behavior wasn't enough, we also witnessed her smoking indoors on numerous occasions!! This situation is both extremely uncomfortable and clearly inappropriate from a health perspective! We booked a spacious 3-bed family room online. Upon arrival, they kept us waiting for a long time and tried to direct us to a room completely unrelated to our reservation. We were taken to a different location called "Elif Hanım Konağı," along with all our belongings. The room they showed us was completely different from the one we booked and was in pretty bad condition. When we protested, we were then moved to another room in their mansion, again in a different room but one where they were collaborating. We had no choice but to accept it because the room was bigger. Hygiene conditions were unacceptable. The bed contained hair, fur, and various types of dirt. Even the pillowcases hadn't been changed. The toilet was extremely dirty, even the door was broken! This was one of the worst accommodation experiences we've had recently. We absolutely do not recommend it!!!!

We had the opportunity to stay at your guesthouse with my family. The services were excellent, and the staff were very welcoming, especially Mr. Baran, who was very helpful to us. Thank you all.
