The bathroom was not clean and moreover outdated. The pool was also not accessible to women and children in the evenings. This is indicated as such, but in practice the pool was full of men swimming noisily and wildly. This made the situation feel unsafe for me and my children.
I've raised this with the responsible pool employee. Unfortunately, he indicated that there was nothing he could do about this. I have indicated that this feels very uncomfortable for women. Eventually, two other women left together with me and my children because we were not comfortable with this.
The adjacent sauna was also mainly used by groups of men, making it practically impossible for women to use it in a comfortable way.
In short, this definitely does not feel like a family-friendly hotel. In my opinion, women and children are not sufficiently taken into account. For me, this is not a suitable family hotel and certainly not a hotel that lives up to the look and service of a five-star hotel.
In addition, the photos on the website do not correspond to reality. The expectations raised by the website are unfortunately not fulfilled during the stay.
