The detail of providing reading glasses in the restaurant is a nice touch. 😄 The lounge service also sets it apart. The view is breathtaking. With its central location, Istanbul is also a preferable option. Breakfast was satisfying. The staff are incredibly skilled. They are calm and trying to be helpful. If the rooms were more spacious, I would simply say they were magnificent.

Hotel has a nice rooftop lounge, and staff was nice. I would not opt to stay here again, however. The rooms are very small, feel dated, and there was a roach in the bathroom.

We had booked a guest for 10 nights and guest had a DDA requirement. Unforuntately the standards were not met and thus guest decided to check out. Its only fair we get a refund for the unused nights as the quality and standard of the DDA room was not upto the mark We are not questioning the hotel quality here but instead on the integrity and transparency of the hotel management to issue a refund For this reason as a Marriott Preferred Agent we have decided to Blacklist the hotel
