Shangri-La Bosphorus, Istanbul

What a fabulous hotel. Our room, with balcony, overlooking the Bosphorus was superb, immaculate, beautifully designed with a well-equipped and very lavish bathroom. Sadly we only stayed one night before continuing our journey but we will definitely return. We only have good memories of our stays with the Shanghai-La Hotel Group and think that one of their USPs is their exceptional customer service and warm welcome from all members of the team. You are really made to feel as if you are a most welcome guest.

Fabulous experience !! All the teams were absolutely incredible and made our stay outstanding. Location is great with boat shuttle in front of the hotel. The experience was perfect, would definitely love to come back!
