Akgun Old Town Beyazit

I had a nice experience, the rooms are small but cozy and clean, the bathroom is clean. The cleaning service overall is good and the beds are really comfy. They do charge for extra stuff but the prices weren't that crazy and it can get a little loud in the morning due to its location. But overall the place was really clean, safe and comfy and the location was really good, everything we needed was nearby and the neighborhood is lovely.

The Management was not professional and they don't care about customer service. Reception staff was rude but housekeeping staff is good and professional. The momager was also not good. The rooms are average its a basic hotel you can't say its luxury.

The hotel deserves no more than one star, the rooms are old and uncomfortable, the extra bed is not suitable for sleep, there is no water heater jug inside the rooms, breakfast is very bad and the treatment of staff is not professional. I never recommend it. Im staying in Room No. 113
