Extremely disappointing experience. This hotel has nothing to do with the photos shown on Booking.com. The property is poorly maintained, very noisy, and the service is extremely poor. We stayed for 3 nights and were unable to rest at all because renovation work was taking place throughout our stay. Instead of ensuring guests could enjoy a peaceful stay, the staff simply kept apologizing and saying that construction was ongoing. I don’t understand how a hotel can accommodate guests while carrying out such noisy repairs. If you’re looking for a relaxing stay, I would not recommend this hotel.

We stayed in this hotel for a total of 4 nights; it is a very outdated hotel. We were assigned a room according to their deluxe standards on the 5th floor, next to the breakfast kitchen. Among the various noises of dishes, etc., the room was very dirty, full of dust. Being allergic, it was not ideal. Since it was a glass room with bird droppings from various seagulls wandering outside the window, it was impossible to open the windows. When we returned in the afternoon, it was about 60 degrees inside. The bathroom was clean, especially the toilet. The location and breakfast terrace were top-notch. In the entrance hall, there was a smell of cat urine.

I had an excellent four-night stay at the Lapis Inn Hotel & Spa. Here are the areas for improvement: - The cleaning was average: the vacuum cleaner/mop had not been used on the floor, nor under the beds. The surfaces were dusty and the bathroom shelf was sticky. However, the sheets, toilets, towels, and dishes were very clean and fresh. - Little sound insulation: consider earplugs if you are a light sleeper! - It is true that the room I occupied did not quite resemble the photos, but I did not choose the best room. Here are the elements that made my stay exceptional: - The stunning view from the rooftop, along with a quality breakfast. - The absolutely lovely staff: they were all extremely kind and attentive. Very welcoming, always ready to help, and very good at giving advice for visits. These gentlemen are always smiling, what a pleasure! - The ideal location, close to all the monuments to visit. - The massages offered are great: I had the foot massage and the one for the back. The foot massage was an excellent moment of relaxation, and the back massage, firmer, relieved many tensions. - The fact that the hotel is not too large: a very pleasant, intimate, and private setting. I highly recommend this hotel! Thank you to the staff for their kindness; thanks to you, I will keep a wonderful memory of my first trip to Turkey!
