Stay here 5 days and our stay was very pleasant, the hotel is clean, well maintained and perfectly located in the Old City, close to the main attractions. The staff was extremely kind and always willing to help. We would like to especially thank Emir for all the support throughout our stay, as well as the entire staff for their professionalism. Also, the housekeeping lady was very attentive and kept our room spotless every day. The only minor downside was that the pool water was a bit cold.

Nice hotel near Sultanahmet area, served by the T1 tram very convenient to reach both Galata Bridge and Taksim Square area. The hotel is a four star hotel similar to the four stars in Egypt (so slightly below the European standard), however elegant, clean, nice, quiet; very good Service at the reception. Standard size room, however comfortable; very good Cleaning Service; very good sweet-savoury international breakfast. If desired there is a SPA with swimming pool included in the price. Would definitely stay there again.

The best thing I may say about the hotel is location. It is located at the old city and near to most attractions, I booked through Agoda with a good prepaid rate. Check-in process was quick. The standard room was compact and it was not spacious. Since A/C was not working properly I asked the room to be changed. Reception accepted and I went to another room with the same size. It was clean. The breakfast was not assorted with not many items but was OK. You may consider it as 3 star clean hotel.
