The hotel is in a good location, that is the only good thing; when we arrived they put me in a room on the fifth floor with no light, the elevator did not work, nor did the internet, the room was dirty, the hallway the same, and the stairs, besides being dangerous, were all dirty; I went down to the front desk and they did not want to provide a solution; I was in a group with a guide, the guide kept my room, since hers had leaks in the bathroom every time the person above showered, the room was outside the main building, look at the bed carefully, when I unmade it the mattress and pillows had many stains, the toilet bowl was dirty, I mean, a disaster.
