A truly exceptional stay. The reception team was warm and welcoming from the first moment, and Furkan went above and beyond by upgrading our room to the 7th floor, a gesture that made us feel genuinely valued. The breakfast was outstanding, the facilities were excellent, and the gym was a great touch. Special mention to Zoha, who treated us like family from day one. She checked on us daily, paid attention to every single detail, and made sure every moment of our stay was perfect. Her dedication and warmth made all the difference.
