AVOID AT ALL COST. Terrible place. Total anti-hygienic. Mold, spiders and their webs, dust and dirt everywhere. Wall paints are falling down. AC doesn't work, what you see in the pictures is there, but no engine inside. There is a railway in front of the hotel and the place is terribly noisy. ( literally 2 meters away). Terrible staff, who can't help you. I checked out immediately, but they were not helpful, and didn't refund the penny.

Sounds like we had a lucky escape from the hotel, the hotel cancelled our booking 2 days before we were due to stay, though it was a shock at the time, we managed to rebook somewhere else. Avoid if you want peace of mind, unreliable.

The hotel offered a transfer but the driver is not here and only now after 30 minutes of waiting I was contacted by another person who said that the driver will arrive in 15 minutes!!! I arrived at the airport after 36 hours of traveling by plane. I accepted the transfer service only because I didn’t want to wait at the airport at 5 in the morning an in the end I had to wait for more than 40 minutes for this transfer. When I complained about the timing the transfer man at the airport even threatened me to cancel all services! The driver didn’t even know what Hotel to go and the address… what was the purpose to order a transfer from this hotel and pay twice and in the end get so much stress after 15 hours of flying from Mexico?! I was waiting for the driver for 40 minutes after this exhausting flight and then the driver doesn’t know where to go! And then when I arrived to the hotel, the shower was broken and there was no hot water at all. I have chosen a hotel with stars - 3 stars by booking.com it’s a certain level of service however any no stars hotel in the vicinity is better than this dirty hotel full of lie and scam. I would rather stay in a hostel than in your dirty hotel, but I made a huge mistake and have paid for my stay there. The linens were dirty, there was a full ashtray at the window, the shower was broken, there was no hot water. When I complained, the person who replied me on booking.com feedback accused me that I was a bad person and demanded to leave the hotel. The best thing I did was to leave this dirty hotel and say in a nice one just in front if this one.
