Good hospitable staff. Rooms are excellent but the location is not tourist friendly. So a good hotel if it suits your business travel and pocket. Restaurant is good and the breakfast is acceptable as well.

It is one of the worst hotels in the world. Management are RACISTS. All rooms are smoking rooms. No facilities are available but to grab people they show all facilities on the website, which is wrong. It is a brothel Hotel. Management is greedy of money and ready to do anything by showing guns. Not at all safe for Americans and Europeans. Food is worst in the hotel and not suitable for anybody to stay in that hotel.

My husband and I stayed two days in Bostaci Prenses and it was an awful experience: - the staff were unfriendly - the breakfast was poor (completely inappropriate for a five star hotel) - the WIFI too poor (I was unable to access my emails!) - the TV channels were only two or three - it was not clean (neither in the dinning area nor in the rooms) - it was noisy and the rooms are depressive (they are huge but the windows are dirty and you are unable o open them) - we were supposed to be able to use the spa and swimming pool, but at the reception we were told that because of some arrangements it would be impossible till the end of the week (no one has told us about it beforehand!) - the only good thing was that the metro is near and they accepted to cancel our reservation for four days(we were supposed to stay there four days but we ended with two)
