My stay at Darkhill Hotel was one of the best experiences I’ve had recently, and honestly everything exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed by the staff. The check-in process was quick and professional, and the warm attitude of the reception team immediately made me feel comfortable. The rooms were extremely clean, well-organized, and very comfortable. The bed was especially cozy, and the hotel atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. The interior design is elegant and gives a nice balance between luxury and comfort. Housekeeping service was also excellent, with great attention to detail every day. The hotel’s location is very convenient, close to many important places and transport links, which made getting around very easy during my stay. The breakfast was varied and delicious, offering a wide selection to suit different tastes, and everything was fresh and well presented. What impressed me the most was the professionalism and kindness of the staff. They were always ready to help and made every effort to ensure guests had a pleasant experience. It’s rare to find a hotel that combines cleanliness, comfort, great location, and outstanding service so well. I would like to thank all the team at Darkhill Hotel for this wonderful experience. I will definitely stay there again on my next visit, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing, and high-quality stay.

I got one of the worst rooms (3 person room) , nothing working in the room , no wifi , heater broken(can t turn off cause the control buttons not working),some lights not working(I counted 3) , can t open the windows because of the engines noises (yes like you can t sleep at night because of the noises). I talked to the staff about the broken heater they said I should open the window(with view on the engines and noises) , I spoke about the wifi they didn t do anything , other family members got a 2 person room and everything was working as intended.

all in the norm for those who want logistical support near the center. shame that the soundproofing of the windows was negative if the room and 'on the street ... too much noise does not allow a relaxed sleep especially for those who have a light sleep. there is a control for those who smoke in the room as the smell goes in the hallway. breakfast ok and varied
