Crowne Plaza Hotel Istanbul Harbiye

The hotel is very comfortable, the bed is very comfortable. They are very quick and attentive. Especially Mr. Çağlar at the reception, he is a very gentlemanly, friendly and competent person.

My stay was verry good. Spacy room, excellent bed. The staff is friendly and helpfull. check-n staff efficient . Restaurant food verry nice. Special thanks to the lounge crew Angel,Murat and Amit for their excellent service. I felt at home in this place and i will surely return here if the opportunity arrised. The hotelroom could do with some new floorcovering.

Very, very dirty hotel, disrespectful staff, bathroom zero, clogged bathtubs, nothing to say, hotel very dirty, do not come, it is a scam.
