Fantastic hotel, cannot recommend it highly enough. The breakfast is fantastic, the desk and concierge are perfect, housekeeping is amazing also. Big thanks to Windy in housekeeping and Nurcan in breakfast service!

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The location is great, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and all of the staff were welcoming and professional. The breakfast buffet was one of the highlights of my stay. There was a great variety of fresh and delicious food every morning. I would especially like to thank **Ayu**, who works at the breakfast buffet. She was incredibly kind, friendly, and attentive every day. Her warm smile and excellent service made every breakfast even more enjoyable. She truly made us feel welcome and is a great asset to the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Istanbul.
