Ideal for transit between two airports.
We stop there when we travel from France to Russia or vice versa.
Very, very quiet.
Transfer 15 minutes by taxi (12€ one way and 12€ return).
Restaurant very unpretentious.
Very good value for money.
Beautiful walk in the park with splendid views.

Overall-
I was here for one night to be near the airport and would be happy to come back for another short stay, especially at the accessible price point. Just go into the experience knowing that it will feel a bit homey/tired property. Nice staff, good food, clean pool, and peaceful setting help overcome the shortcomings. There was also some repair work occurring at the property while I was there which is hopefully indicative of further investment to address some of the current deficits.
Pros:
1. *All* staff were truly warm and welcoming (receptionists, bell boy, waiters, etc.)
2. Fantastic live guitarist performance on the Saturday night I was there
3. Very spacious room with big closet and large window. My view was of trees and very pleasant.
4. Good quality food at reasonable price in restaurant - excellent baklava
5. Bathroom materials were high quality, giving luxurious feel
6. Sheets were smooth and comfortable as were the towels
7. Pool was clean, nice size, and refreshing with plenty of lounge chairs in a delightful setting with lots of trees, some flowering bushes and landscaping.
8. Complex is dated but has a comfortable and solid feeling. No pretention.
9. Price was very reasonable
10. Sounds of birds and nature all around.
11. Location was convenient for accessing airport within 15-20 min.
Cons:
1. The walking paths to reach the rooms needed more illumination. Too few working lights made it very dark in most of the corridors, could especially be scary for women.
2. Shower area had some issues: there was not a fixed shower head but instead a loose spray head that you could manually manipulate - this is not a problem itself. But, the wall-mounted receiver for the spray head was both ridiculously high (so a short person might not be able to reach) and also had a broken plastic part. So, even though I was tall enough to place the shower spray head on the wall, it could fall down on me and hit me in the head of I wasn't careful.
3. A towel had a hole in it. A pillow case also had a hole in it.
4. The furnishings in the room were somewhat dated and there was an extra smaller bed there that I didn't need.
5. The mattress was not very comfortable. Not terrible, but not good. Mediocre.
6. Bell boy was thoughtful in showing me many things in room and helping to turn on the lights, but should have also showed me how to use the key to enter. I figured it out, but it was a bit tricky. (Had to rotate key completely more than 2 times, overturn it, and pull door towards yourself to get it to unlock. Entry door knob doesn't turn.)
Notable: My room had a smell of smoke. This is not fair to call a Con because I did not specifically reserve a non-smoking room and such an option wasn't listed in my travel booking website. I was tired and forgot to ask for non-smoking room when I arrived at the hotel. I could have later communicated and asked for a different room and maybe gotten one, but it was late and I was hungry and wanted to just get to the restaurant. So I decided to instead just open the room's large window (that had a screen) to let it air out. That worked fairly well.

It’s a wow price/quality option! The room was clean & spacious. The reception, especially Mr Ondar, were very friendly. Breakfast was also good. The current rating of the hotel is absolutely unfair. The only minor drawback is that floor in the bathroom may be cold at night-pick flipflops or let got water flow for 5-10 mins before you take a shower
