Unfortunate to say is a little!!!! Dirty, ugly smell everywhere. In the room inside, you wanted to dry off the stink and the nasty smell of garlic pasturma and all together. The taps, the taps, the bathroom, all rotted, rotten, ready-made. The bathtub had a forgotten base. The service, worse we have never lived. At the reception kids who don't speak English. They gave us a room that was already others inside (well again that when we entered the people were not naked and fortunately they were Greeks and we did not misunderstand having others). When we told them we were going to leave (one night and it was a long time) we were picked up (without notice) all our things on their own. When we made a mess, we were laughing ironically. One bed had no cover at all, when we asked for a blanket they answered that they would bring us the next morning. After we made a mess, they brought us a used blanket (what else to say my God) We slept with the clothes. The breakfast had some miserable sausages, tjaziki, fried potatoes and some their own miserable hot food. Shame, we didn't eat anything. In the hallway walked a cockroach. Because it is in a good location (the only good) due to its condition is cheap so it is full of Greek tourists! That's why I write here! To warn all travel agencies and all Greeks not to step there again! Those who don't hear me will hit it!! Safuraaaaaah!!! What I said is little. If I could put minus 10 depths I would!!

Greetings Our stay at Euro Plaza hotel was really satisfactory. The staff were friendly and helpful. One piece of advice about our trip to Istanbul : ❌Never Ever Take a Tour with “BEDIR tour agency”. They r a group of liars and fraudsters. They charged us $80 for each tourist package and took us to historical places which had free admissions😏 Their mismanagement ruined our day to Buyukada Island. They hadn’t checked the weather conditions and it was terribly raining and we couldn’t even take good photos. Most tourist were complaining. Unfortunately, their food services had the least quality. I texted and called them but their manager answered me way too impolitely, didn’t pay attention to my complaints, didn’t cancel our tour packages and didn’t refund our money. Plz DON’T waste ur money on Badir tour agency. ❌( لطفا با «آژانس گردشگری بِدیر» همکاری نکنید. اینها گروهی از دروغگوها و شیادان هستند. )
