Our experience was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us with warmth and professionalism. The location in the heart of the Old City is perfect. Everything is within walking distance, making sightseeing easy and enjoyable. The rooms were, comfortable, and well maintained, giving us the perfect place to relax after busy days exploring (we walked more than 100k steps in total) One thing that truly stood out was their exceptional service. They arranged our taxi transfers both to and from the airport, and everything was perfectly organized and stress-free. It made our trip so much smoother and showed how much they care about their guests. Delicious breakfast, wonderful hospitality, and flawless service from start to finish. We highly recommend this hotel and would absolutely stay here again!

We have visited Faros many times when visiting Istanbul, excellent location with amazing service. Warm welcome from the minute you step inside. Food is always exceptional quality. Staff are friendly and especially excellent with children, they are one of the reasons we would always choose to return to Faros in the future.
