Bad bad. We asked for the shuttle service offered by the hotel. We showed the ticket to the airport and they booked us the service by sending us to another airport. Once they pointed out the mistake they blamed us. Keeping the money from the shuttle service and leaving us to our way. Bad bad bad bad bad. For their mistake we paid a taxi 100 euros to take us to the right airport. We wrote but they did not even reply to our messages those of the hotel. Really shameful

Bad bad .. we showed the photo of the airport where we had to go with the shuttle service. Nothing is there they booked and sent us to the wrong airport risking us missing our flight and completely disinterested as we would move from there telling us to take a taxi at our expense and taking the money of the service. That's bad. Now I don't even answer the hotel chat anymore.. completely discouraged
