The location is perfect. My wife was fascinated by the hotel's historic architecture and ambiance. We didn't experience the slightest discomfort in the rooms. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to each and every member of the staff; they are all incredibly kind and solution-oriented. That means there's good governance. There have been some negative comments about the parking, but even I, who don't usually leave my car with valet, felt completely at ease entrusting it to them. The valets were very polite and efficient, and always went above and beyond to fulfill my requests. Also, the most important factors for me were location and parking. I wish I could have booked the room without breakfast. The tea is fantastic, the buffet quality is acceptable "due to the state of the economy," but instead of paying for breakfast, you can walk for 15-20 minutes to Sarıyer center and eat the legendary historical pastries (in both directions, Sarıyer center and the other side), so this breakfast is mediocre, but the tea is fantastic. They should just stop offering breakfast; it would be profitable for both of us, but how many customers would understand that? The minibar cools nicely, it's not one of those minibars that takes a long time to heat up. The air conditioning, hot water, TV, and WiFi were great. At the beginning of summer, there are usually events every evening, so you can't move around freely just because it's the hotel, but the location is so perfect that many wonderful places are within walking distance, and you'll go there for dinner anyway. Ultimately, it's VERY, very, very beautiful.
