Very bad. The amenities don't work well and the in-room fridge doesn't cool like it's just a locker. Breakfast doesn't change in . I was entered into my room and confused with my personal and I was outside and not too clean

For the price, an excellent hotel with a super location, next to the sea!! And the embankment, a street with restaurants, shops, the Grand Bazaar are within walking distance, there is a tram stop nearby, from where you can get to all the attractions!

After a cancellation we had from the other hotel, the grand lisa was the last minute solution. From the pictures on the internet it initially looked good for 3*, but unfortunately we were sorely disappointed. Dirty bathroom, with declared ventilation, the lid of which stood with insulating tape. The bedside table was quite dirty as was the floor. The cleaning service only changes the wastebasket and not towels and sheets, wiping, etc. The breakfast is poor for 3* with few things. The staff was polite but with a very poor knowledge of English, so there was also the difficulty in communication. Its positive is that it is located a few minutes away from Sultan Ahmed Square and all the attractions!
