Grand Rosa

Very nice hotel in a central location – many sights are within easy reach, yet it is located in a pleasant, quiet environment. I was particularly impressed by the large breakfast buffet with plenty of choice. The staff was friendly, the atmosphere welcoming – I felt completely comfortable and would love to come back.

Istanbul Holiday 08-10 September. Immediately as i entered in the hotel the Receptionist,a young gentleman( i didn't get his name)helped us to find a room to stay, especially that it was very late. Also his young colleague was very kind and helped us(also i didn't get his name). -The price for rooms is affordable,the rooms are nice, comfortable, spacious and clean,a big plus for that,that means the Housekeeping is doing a good job. -Good Wi-fi connection; -The breakfast is included and is tasty ,just perfect to start your day. -The location is perfect because the hotel is close to The Grand Bazaar and Downtown. I recommend this hotel to everyone. For sure when we will visit Istanbul again , we will try to stay there if will be possible. Greetings from Gabriel !

Terrible. I regretted checking into this hotel. The bathroom isn't clean, nor is the linen... not only grey, but stained. The attitude towards customers is two-fold, especially rude by visiting employees. In short, I do NOT RECOMMEND
