I am a regular customer of Konak HotelTaksim. The hotel is conveniently located in the centre of the city. Overall the hotel is well maintained and offers great service to its customers. They have a very welcoming team. The supervisor of the Front Office Mr Umut, as well as Efe and Baran who work at the Reception of the hotel, are great asset to their company. The location of the property is excellent, the staff are friendly, I stayed with my daughter and it's a perfect family hotel. It was clean and the breakfast was quite adequate. We ate at Konak Pub; the portions were filling, the prices were very reasonable, and the food was delicious. The staff in every department of the hotel were very helpful and attentive; we thank them all again. See you on our next trip... By the way, thank you again for the small gifts you gave us during checkout (to Mr. Efe and Mr. Arif as well).
