The cleanliness level is not good (very poor). Surprisingly, there are no cleaning supplies or equipment in the apartment for us to clean it ourselves. Additionally, the bathrooms are not cleaned, only the towels are replaced, and the bed linens are not changed every six days; this is what the reception desk told me.
As well as a bathroom curtains in the one-bedroom apartments are see-through, so people outside can see inside the bathroom, especially at night. I alerted the reception about this issue, but there was no response, and no action was taken regarding this important matter!
