The hotel is very well located near the tram, subway, great bazaar, etc. The staff is very attentive, friendly, and smiling. The room is very nice, very clean, and they pay attention to details. Thank you, the stay has been very pleasant.

What a perfect hotel to spend 3 Nights in. Excellent service, staff have been so helpful and Professional. Rooms 100% hygenic comfortable and very clean. The breakfast every morning was freshly served. A great Buffet with such a wide choice of fresh food and delicious coffee! Extra service they paid atrenrion to all Details. My sons birthday in the evening was celebrated in the hotel Restaurant. You will not be disappointed. A very big Thankyou to Sedat, Sinan and Ahmet. Very professional staff who helped organise for me my sons birthday celebration from ordering ballons in the room to tshirts and Birthday Cake! The best team! The hotel is clean and tidy as well as the Service is attentive. The room is spacious but very noise sensitive. The traffic noise as well as the call to prayer cannot be overlooked. However, the hotel does not correspond to a 4* level (more).
