It’s a friendly and caring property that I stayed with all the time in Istanbul. I especially appreciate Mr Erdinç for his interest.

The staff is friendly and always helpful. Hotel location is good. You can get everything you want around the hotel. The breakfast is much better than a 4-star hotel than a 3-star Ace. We were extremely pleased during their stay.

Worse Experience This is by far the most disappointing hotel we have ever stayed in. During our 10-day trip to Turkey, we stayed in four different hotels, and Monaco Hotel Istanbul was unfortunately the worst experience of all. When we made our booking, the photos of the three-bedroom room looked very spacious and comfortable. However, upon arrival, we were given a very compact and congested room that looked nothing like the pictures. Only after our strong insistence did the hotel staff change our room the next day, but even that was far from what was shown online. The condition of the room was terrible — several things were broken, including the shower cabin, and the walls had peeling paint. The towels were very old, and almost every item in the room seemed damaged or poorly maintained. Even basic amenities like bottled water were not provided. Our overall experience was extremely unpleasant and disappointing. We strongly advise future travelers to avoid this hotel. Staying here can truly ruin your experience in Istanbul
