Very disappointing experience. We had a confirmed booking, but unfortunately, due to a medical emergency, we had to urgently travel to another city for medical examinations and were unable to stay at the hotel. Our tour operator even provided the hotel with an official medical report explaining the situation. Despite this, the hotel showed no understanding, no flexibility, and refused to make any exception. It is very disappointing that money seemed to matter more than compassion and customer care. We expected a much more understanding and humane approach from a hotel of this standard.

Have just returned from a short break at this lovely hotel and have nothing but positives to say. Rooms are spacious, well equipped, spotlessly clean and well maintained, we had a top floor balcony room, as soon as you walk in the view is wow, truly spectacular! The view from the lobby/bar/restaurant terrace is also very good. Breakfast was plentiful with a wide variety of both hot and cold choices. The pool though not large was clean, had full sun from around 10 til 3 while we were there and provided a welcome chance to escape the Istanbul heat. Be careful around the pool as the tiles get hot and extremely slippery when wet. I have nothing but praise for all the staff who were unfailingly friendly and helpful whilst remaining professional, nothing was too much trouble. Yes there is a hill to walk up to Taksim Square but it is not steep and only took about 7-10 minutes at a moderate pace. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning.

Magnificent rooms with Bosphorus views, very friendly staff, delicious breakfasts and TOP location. Chosen because of its proximity to the Tupras Stadium, only 7 minutes from the hotel. Came especially to the concert Scorpions🥰 but location in general mega convenient near Taksim and the waterfront, trams and subway❤️
