Easily one of the best Hyatt stays we have ever had. The staff and the facilities were amazing. If you are a Globalist be prepared for one of the best breakfast experiences in any Hyatt. the selection was outrageous as we had the full buffett and could order anything we wanted from the main menu including speciality coffees, prepared breakfast items and uniquely Turkish breakfast samplings. The gym was the most technologically advanced gym of any hotel as they have the brand new AI Technogym machines and the gym is huge and we wanted to spend the entire day there. The rooms are beautiful, the staff are amazing, the neighborhood is quiet and charming with a local feel.

They lost shampoo and communal area and they charged 500 usd to my card Again . Its my not my room . They lost it on common area Its totally national scam hotel Do not give ur credit card infor to this hotel Its reported police and on diapute now . Scam hotel Dont go
