Rooms are very small, hardly any storage space, central location. Breakfast is OK and you can get drinks in the lobby. If you don't mind the clatter of the waiters, you can stay here. The breakfast room is very noisy. A few days is OK, a week is out of the question. The area is loud but after midnight it usually gets quieter, the wifi works well.

Super location with very nice people. They referred me to the tastiest local restaurants. Run by brother and sister. From breakfast manager to cleaner; all equally friendly and helpful.

Parkhouse Hotel & Spa is right by Kadikoy Pier. 10 mins walk. Dont trust Google directions if you are coming from the Pier. Rooms are more or less what is shown on the website. The room with the Jacuzzi pic... pls note that is the delux room, and we were told gets booked months in advance. Breakfast is decent. Enjoyed the Eggs on request. The lady in the Kitchen was extremely polite and served us with a smile. The best part of the hotel is Zerrin in the reception. She is what made the experience a total delight. Very prompt in providing info before we arrived. Great with directions. Extremely helpful in pointing to some of the hidden gems of Kadikoy. Reservations to restaurants on a Saturday evening.
