I was shocked to see the conditions here, since I had a very different experience here in 2015, when it was under different management and I gave it an excellent review. Rooms are no longer air conditioned, and the plumbing was falling apart. When I noticed that my 4th fl room had no air conditioning (in July!), they lamely offered a fan. Room was not clean, and neither were the common areas. I couldn’t bring myself to eat the breakfast in the filthy area, with cigarette butts and discarded bottles on the floor at 9:30 am. I had booked it for a week, but left after one night, as daylight revealed more issues. Perhaps the new owners will make some improvements, but they shouldn’t be listing the hotel until they have tackled the most egregious problems.

Unacceptable Hotel ........ no relation the photos of the site with those we have seen we wonder that it has 4 stars ........ the coffee and the general three-day breakfast and unfortunately we mentioned from booking.com only good that it was that it is close to the center anything else ..... I DO NOT SAY IT ........... ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟ ΔΕΝ ΤΟ ΣΥΝΙΣΤΏ ΚΑΘΟΛΟΥ ΚΑΜΙΑ ΣΧΕΣΗ ΟΙ ΦΩΤΟΣ ΤΟΥ ΣΙΤΕ.....ΔΥΣΤΥΧΩΣ.. ...οι φωτογραφιες έχουν τραβηχτεί από άλλο ξενοδοχείο έπαθα σοκ μόλις μπήκα στο δωμάτιο και την επόμενη μέρα που είδα το πρωινό......και το ίντερνετ μηδαμινό!!!!!!

Hotel is located near the istiklal street, location is fantastic, prices are not so high, but it is little bit noisy in the night. staff is very friendly and helpful. rooms are clean, but small. in few minutes you can easily visit several sight seen of Istanbul.
