Traveled with two seniors and stayed 4 nights (3rd floor). Elevators were out of order the entire stay, the spa has been closed for repairs since January, and staff spoke little English/Spanish. The location is tricky even for taxis, and the lobby/stairs/hallways are dimly lit at night. Wouldn’t recommend for seniors or solo travelers.

We were room with views of the rooftops. But when you come to Istanbul it is to visit and not to stay in the room all day! Very clean and redone room, very good bedding. shower room quite large and clean. Very friendly staff and hearty breakfast (dirty and sugar) Possibility of massages The +++ of the hotel: we have 20 minutes of free spa! The hotel is close to Fatih Mosque and pedestrian street with restaurants and shops. The hotel is 10 minutes walk from the tram to the other mosques and big bazaar, souks etc ... Very good quality price ...I highly recommend .

The rooms were modern, clean, and very comfortable. Housekeeping was excellent, and the spa facilities and available packages were a real highlight – the treatments were relaxing and definitely recommend. However, the location isn’t ideal for easy access to Istanbul’s main attractions, and it requires some travel. Also, the reception staff's English wasn’t the best, which made communication a bit challenging at times even for simple requests - luckily with some help from translator app we managed. Overall, it’s a solid choice for a comfortable stay, especially for the rooms and spa.
