The hotel has a great location close to everything. The rooms were neat, clean and lived up to expectations. The facilities were good and the hotel also has a very nice rooftop. A special thanks to Saleh at the reception, who was very friendly, welcoming and made sure we felt welcome. This is our second visit to the same hotel. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast. The selection was very limited compared to our previous stay. I asked the chef if it was possible to get made an omelet, but got a slightly flabby answer that it could only be made against payment. It was not the payment that was the problem, but the way the answer was given. In addition, the rest of the staff at the reception was very polite.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would happily recommend it to anyone staying in Istanbul. The location was excellent, with so many attractions, restaurants, cafes, and public transport links all within walking distance, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. A special thank you to Yunus, who took the time to provide us with detailed recommendations on places to visit, things to do, and helpful tips for getting around the city. His advice really enhanced our trip. The breakfast was another highlight. There was great variety of fresh food every morning, and because it never felt overcrowded, everything was well stocked and there was always plenty to choose from. When we first arrived to Istanbul, we accidentally went to another hotel with a very similar name, which caused some confusion. The staff at this hotel were brilliant- they quickly confirmed our booking, sent someone to meet us and helped with our luggage. Overall we had a fantastic experience . The combination of the excellent location, delicious breakfast, and exceptional customer service made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again!
