We found welcoming staff and we have clogged bath so they change the room immediately.. breakfast good for such price and the location good. The staff don't talk English so it's little hard to communicate lol Deserves 6/10

Very uncomfortable bed, and the room was small and is in need of an uplift,especially the shower and mattress. We changed hotels after 2 nights here. The staff are very helpful and breakfast was different but ok.

I have visited Istanbul a number of times now and this is one of the worst hotels I have stayed at ever. The only good thing I can say about it was the receptionist during the day was very nice and helpful. Besides that it was terrible. We arrived late in the night and expected our rooms to be ready and they were not were we juggled between rooms moving our own bags untill they finally found room for the night and then asked to move again in the morning. The rooms were tiny and the hotel is split into two buildings with one side of the hotel having a tiny unsafe lift to access it. Room service was extremely slow and the rooms were dirty including the sheets having stains, black marks and the same with the curtains and the bathroom. In one room the laminate was broken so it had to be fixed. The evening and night staff were not friendly especially the receptionist. The breakfast defiantly wasn't work the effort to go down. I definitely would not recommend this hotel at all.
