Renaissance Polat Istanbul

My husband and I stayed at Renaissance Polat Istanbul Hotel for four nights, and it was truly the best hotel we have ever experienced. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and had breathtaking sea views. The breakfast was excellent, and the hotel offers several restaurants and bars with beautiful terraces overlooking the sea and the pool. What makes this hotel truly special is its staff. Every employee we met was professional, kind, welcoming, and genuinely happy to help. We cannot thank them enough for making our stay so memorable. If you want to be within walking distance of the city center all the time, this hotel may not be the best choice. However, if you don’t mind taking a taxi once or twice, the location is absolutely worth it. The hotel even provides its own 24-hour taxi service, making transportation very easy. We genuinely didn’t want to leave and will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Istanbul. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional service, comfort, and true hospitality.

I had a wonderful stay at the Renaissance Polat Istanbul Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul. From the moment I arrived, the staff were exceptionally professional, friendly, and welcoming. Every member of the team acknowledged guests with a smile, always saying hello and thank you. They genuinely made me feel like I was their most important customer. The hotel itself is immaculate. The rooms were spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The facilities are excellent, with a large, beautiful swimming pool, stunning views over the Sea of Marmara, and plenty of amenities to make your stay enjoyable. The food was outstanding. Both the breakfast and dinner buffets offered a huge variety of fresh, high-quality dishes. One of my favourite touches was the chef preparing fresh omelettes to order each morning. The restaurant staff were attentive without being intrusive, regularly checking if I needed tea or coffee, keeping my water glass topped up, and making sure I was comfortable throughout every meal. It’s rare to find a hotel where every member of staff consistently delivers such a high standard of hospitality. Their attention to detail and genuine care for guests really set this hotel apart. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would not hesitate to return. I highly recommend the Renaissance Polat Istanbul Hotel to anyone looking for comfort, excellent service, outstanding food, and a relaxing stay in Istanbul.
