A nightmare, very dirty, no towels, no cleaning of the rooms. The bathroom was moldy in several places, the faucet was loose, just disgusting. The room stinks, airing it out was pointless, busy street day and night. On the second day we discovered bed bugs in the bed and left the hotel immediately. No one was responsible on site. In another country this hotel would be closed immediately. We booked this hotel because of the parking space, as we arrived by car. There is no parking. When we arrived, we were not even aware of our arrival date, even though everything was booked through Trip. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. The room pictures have nothing to do with reality

The worst place I've ever been in my life, and I've been in a few shabby guesthouses/hotels as a backpacker in Burma. Disgusting, dirty, cigarette butts on the floor, the closet almost falling apart, risk of injury! Everything in the bathroom near the ventilation is moldy, and if you're unlucky you get an electric shock when you turn on the light/ventilation. The room stinks like a compost bin in which everything is rotting because of the mold, it's just disgusting, you can hardly breathe. Curtains are falling down, everything is completely rotting in here. The shower is broken, the water doesn't come from the showerhead but from the hose that's torn everywhere. The faucet is loose. The pane to the bathroom door is broken, so the smell of mold can spread nicely in the room. Opening the window doesn't help, because there's a restaurant underneath that lets out the smell of fumes near the windows. There is also a very busy road here with extreme traffic noise, which goes on day and night. It's a nightmare, in Germany the operator of something like this would end up in prison for intentional bodily harm. Just give this place a wide berth! Thank God there are no bed bugs, I expected them in this filth. Next time I'll book through Airbnb. Take a look at the photos, you'll be amazed!
