Hotel is not sufficient. Sheets for 6 beds (2 different rooms) all need to be changed as they are all stained. The air filters are so dirty that you cannot see through them (the grid is all gray) (and this can cause respiratory illnesses, it is very serious). Hygiene is zero. Bathroom with all dirty shower tiles, with mold everywhere, the black is everywhere on those tiles and just the thought of touching them while washing makes you feel disgusted. Let’s not even talk about the breakfast buffet: plates with fingerprints on them and many dirty plates with old food on them. General cleanliness of the hotel is insufficient on all fronts. I do not recommend! Do not go!

Excellent location for visiting the city, close to the subway station and the tram stop. Many sites to visit are also reachable on foot. Check-in was done promptly and courteously. Clean and comfortable room. Excellent and abundant breakfast.

Arriving at 2am, we discovered an infestation of bedbugs an hour later. The next day: stitches on the hands and arms. The hotel refused to rehouse us properly, claiming to be complete. After negotiation, we are sent at 4am, in our pajamas and without our belongings, to a nearby hotel: a single bed for three, dirty and also infested room. No refunds despite promises, no cleaning, disinfection or expenses incurred. Deplorable welcome, shameful management.
