Great hotel, clean, breakfasts decent, staff friendly and responsive. Near the historic centre, on foot for 15-20 minutes, you can take the T1 tram, stop for 7 minutes. There are many cafes and shops nearby. Istanbul is great, the promenade is also close.

Visited Istanbul in early September 2025, it was three nights. Flew to Istanbul International Airport (IST), flew from Sabiha Gökçen Airport (SAW) – they can be reached by metro. So the hotel was reached independently using MAPS.ME (otherwise very difficult - confusing streets, densely populated area, many small buildings next to each other - good that they remembered from the photo what the hotel looked like). From the subway to the hotel in 15-20 minutes, to the attractions in 20-25 minutes on foot.
The hotel received us quickly, the Russian-speaking staff was not met during the stay. But everything was handled. We had a room on the 4th floor. So on the 1st floor – cute lobby, on the 2nd floor – breakfast. We had a view of the little houses and a bit of the sea. The room is small, simple, with a window. Everything was necessary – beds (for tall ones will be short), wardrobe, nightstands, TV, refrigerator (not too much frost, but we had enough to store food), air conditioning. It's enough for a night. Bed linen isn't snow white. But the beds are comfortable enough, especially after long walks. No one was bitten (as there was already a sad experience on other trips). Bathroom soap, shampoo, shower gel. Hair dryers are like our pools. Towels (a little worn out) were changed every day. Disposable slippers. The dishes are just glasses. There was no kettle (read the reviews and knew that was the case – they took their device for heating). They didn't give me water to drink either. Warm water was always there. Clothes dried well. The outlets fitted all our appliances. Cleaned up every day.
We only had breakfast for the meals. For breakfast there are cereal, boiled eggs, omelet, mashed potatoes, potatoes, macaroni (all this is cold – they do not have heating food), cheeses solid, curds, sausage, olives, olives, cucumbers, tomatoes, carrots, etc., of fruit there was only watermelon, different still jams, chocolates, halva (all this is a one-time thing), there was no pastry, just bar. Tea, coffee from the coffee machine (but it doesn't look like cereal). We had something to eat for breakfast. Never been hungry. Near the hotel to the left there are several dining rooms with fairly inexpensive prices and a good choice. We went next to the A 101 mini-market for water, juices, etc. Not far from the hotel there are pastries with cakes and cakes, but prices there are already expensive.
Everywhere moved independently (bought a card Istanbul - you can ride on it several people) in the airport subway (and not only) stand kiosks that sell and cards and you can replenish them both with cash and cards (cashiers in booths like we do not have - all automatically). In the info kiosk, you can choose the language and then everything is clearer. The card itself cost 165 TL. For deposits both in cash and on the card are charged a fee (approximately 10%) , so you need to roughly count how much you need for travel. The card can be paid for all modes of transport (subway, tram, metrobus, marmarmarai (it always deducts the price to the maximum, as if you are going to the final stop – as we realized you can attach the card to a special counter at the exit, so that it will reflect how many stops you have travelled and the price charged is appropriate – but it only works if you have passed on the card alone), the ferry through the Bosphorus, even the entrance to the beach).
Even visited Floria beach (reached by marmarai transport). From the stop with the name Floria – get off to the left, a little walk of about 150 m (there is a sign) and on the right there will be a public toll beach – entrance to it on the map of Istanbul (the cost is 120 TL per person). The beach, though paid for, is not very clean. There are sunbeds, umbrellas, changing rooms, showers outside, toilet. Everything's not very new. Bathing areas are fenced off. The water was cool – it rained at night and was cloudy in the morning. Fine. The water is not very clean and greenery floats in places. But the Marble Sea is not considered clean – many ships sail on it.
Took a sightseeing tour of Istanbul to have an overview and rode the Bosphorus on a motorboat with a guide.
Souvenirs and sweets can be bought in the streets near the hotel. Prices are reasonable. We also went for a walk in the Asian part of Istanbul - there we liked it better. It's clean, cozy, spacious, the cafes are varied, more like the streets of Europe.
Mostly paid everywhere with Visa and Mastecrard cards issued in Belarus. Currency exchanged several times in historical places and near the port many exchangers with good rates.
The hotel room was not impressive, of course, but for Istanbul it is normal for such a small amount of money. Especially just sleeping over - everything was fine. Cleaning, warm water, friendly staff.
