Elite World Istanbul Hotel

Very disappointing experience at Elite World Taksim, especially considering the level of service you expect from a hotel in this category. First, I had to ask three times for an iron before one was finally delivered to my room. Unfortunately, the iron was in such poor condition that it damaged a brand-new shirt that I hadn’t even worn yet. This is completely unacceptable. The housekeeping service was also disappointing. When you book a hotel, basic amenities such as water, coffee, and tea should be replenished daily when the room is cleaned, especially when they are included in the service you paid for. Used cups should also be replaced or cleaned. Unfortunately, this was not done consistently during my stay. Breakfast was another issue. The area was very crowded, disorganized, and not properly maintained. I understand that the hotel can be fully booked, but that is not an excuse. Management should be prepared for high occupancy, organize the breakfast service properly, and make sure tables and the surrounding area remain clean. What was even more frustrating was the lack of respect for the “Do Not Disturb” sign. I placed it on my door, yet room service still knocked even though I had not requested anything. The purpose of a Do Not Disturb sign should be respected. Overall, the location may be convenient, but the service and attention to detail were far below my expectations. For the price and category of the hotel, I expected much better organization, housekeeping, and guest service.

In August 2026, My wife and I stayed at the Elite World Istanbul Taksim Hotel for a week and it was one of the best hotels experiences we have ever had. We were warmly welcomed by Mr Aziz who also helped us in checking in. This Hotel is convenience to most of the sites where every visitor needed be. It is beautiful hotel and what makes it special is the amazing customer service over all departments. Extraordinary people who went above and beyond to make our stay remarkable: 1. Mr Aziz, from day one till the end of our stay by checking on us and providing important recommendations daily. 2. Miss Hengame, guest relations, who tirelessly executed the pre-scheduled visits by making sure all things were done properly and recommending important things to do and checking on us every day. 3. Miss Feride, guest relations, who checked on us every day, made sure all things were done properly by the service providers and providing us important information. Everyone from all departments whom we encountered was friendly and helpful in making our vacation impressive. We thank you all the departments teams for the unlimited support!

Everyday the workers came to clean the room. There was a cart close by so tissue was always available. During breakfast Zeyneb consistently came to the table to check to make sure everything was good for us. She even offered food that was not in the bar. Very professional with a pleasant attitude.
